Sept. 15: Webinar on safeguarding trade secrets in China’s changing IP landscape

Register to attend the latest in a series of USPTO webinars focused on intellectual property (IP) protection and enforcement in China. This free program, “Safeguarding trade secrets in China’s changing IP landscape,” will take place Tuesday, September 15, from 9-11 a.m. ET.

Participants will hear from guest practitioners with extensive China IP experience on the latest developments in trade secret protection and enforcement in China, including those prompted by the U.S.-China “Phase One” agreement. Presenters will also discuss a hypothetical case study of how these developments are likely to affect U.S. business interests.
